Do your observations with the iPad app. You don’t need to have WiFi to be able to create observations! Walk around the building, create your observations, and submit your observations when you have WiFi. Once submitted, the data is synced with the other observations done in your district. Reporting is real-time for all submitted observations.
Reporting and other administrative tools are available through the web-browser.
